Your input is valuable for us and your cooperation helps preventing damage from the company. Employees are often the first ones to discover irregularities. Even in a company with open corporate culture, it might happen that the regular communication channels are not appropriate or people feel uncomfortable in using them.

For this reason, the YASKAWA Compliance App offers an independent and confidential communication platform for the reporting of alleged violations of law or internal regulations. Therefore only topics like offences against competition law, financial irregularities, false information to public authorities, data leakage, damage to the environment, non-compliance with workplace safety or sexual harassment etc. must be reported.

Any exchange will be made on this platform. You can choose to remain anonymous or report with your contact details. An independent investigation team will examine your information and inform you on the platform about the progress of your case. This also applies to any questions the investigation team might raise. For the success of the investigation, we strongly recommend to check back in the system in regular intervals. All information filed in the system will be handled strictly confidential and will only be disclosed if the law so requires. Any person filing a report is protected as long as the platform was used in good faith even if the information turns out inapplicable.
